Welcome to Monjo's site on the
Evolution of birds from Dinosaurs!
Over the next few weeks (June to August 2000) I hope to extend this site
greatly. Email me with your suggestions. One area I hope to extend is the
level of detail on flight. Such as specialised parts of birds for flying,
plus exactly how birds first flew, naming the various intermediary species
between dinosaurs and birds.
I also aim to include a section on the various types of dinosaurs, possibly
with a detailed look at a few favourites. Again if anyone would like to
contribute to this Iwould be most grateful.
Thirdly, I hope to find a new URL for the site. As to what that will be I
don't know. But this site will automatically link over to the new one, since
this site's URL will remain active until about July 2001.
Fourthly, I am planning to create a thumbnail link to my site which others
can place on their site to link to here. Help would be most appreciated.
And of course I will also recommend any site via a thumbnail link that you
create also... though perhaps via a separate page with all the sites
characterised.
Finally, I would like to thank everyone involved in the site so far and thank
you for visiting. Please let me know how you found the site.... I am most
interested to know since I have never found it using a search engine and
would like to know where Iam going wrong.
Which begs me to say... If anyknows how to raise a site's profile: meta-tags
whatever, please let me know.
Thankyou. Monjo.
| Q: Which came first the chicken or the egg?
In this site, I aim to show the reader just what did come first!
And solve that ancient puzzle. |
 |
Also, in this site, I aim to give the reader an understanding of how birds
came to evolve from the
dinosaurs, and to show just exactly what the dinosaurs were.
The content on the site shows what dinosaurs were, what Archaeopteryx was,
and how
birds evolved from their early ancestors.
The site is aimed at anyone with an interest in dinosaurs or - indeed - birds.
It is also a good site for anyone with an interest in evolution.
